Mr. William Chew is Managing Director of myHealth Sentinel Pte Ltd, the first commercial service provider of fully managed telehealth services in Singapore and SE Asia. William is a seasoned entrepreneur and IT professional with over 30 years of international business experience, in North America and the Asia Pacific. His previous business ventures have spanned a diverse range of technologies and industry segments, including Telecommunications, Financial Services and Clean Energy. Prior to joining myHealth, William worked in Standard Chartered Bank, where he held a senior group-level mandate to manage their global voice and conferencing networks.
William is a firm believer in the inter-connectedness of business and the community it serves and that the keystone for building a successful and sustainable business is to offer solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
Together with a group of other socially-minded tech investors, William co-founded the Group of Companies encompassing myHealth, with a mission to develop innovative new service models for delivering healthcare, which will enable doctors to serve their patients more productively and over the longer term, change for the better, the way society perceives and manages its health.
William holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Finance & HR Director
Doris has more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience. She started her career with Teledata and later Visio, Cisco Systems and IMC group before joining myHealth Sentinel as Finance Director. She started as Financial Analyst in Cisco Systems Inc., Asia Pacific HQ and promoted to Financial Controller of Linksys AsiaPac, a subsidiary of Cisco Systems before she left and joined IMC Group, a family owned conglomerate with diverse business in shipping, offshore marine, shipyards, terminals and ports, resources, investment (fund and private equity) and real estate.
Doris obtained her ACCA qualification in 1998 and has been a Chartered Accountant (ISCA) for more than 10 years
Jack has 20 years of marketing and management experience in the telecoms, IT & healthcare industry. He started his marketing career with SingTel and later, Hutchison. In addition, he has regional experience as he was the regional managing director of SMS Arena S.L. headquartered in Spain, and marketing director of WiCAM Internet Service Provider in Cambodia. He also co-founded LineFusion, a mobile application company which was acquired by Dilithium Networks subsequently.
Jack is a Certified Practising Marketer recognized by the Australia Marketing Institute and a lifetime member of The London School of Economics and Political Science Alumni Association of Singapore (LSEAAS). Jack holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) 2nd class honours from the University of London, MBA (Surrey), Dip. M (CIM) and Adv Dip Bus. (Ngee Ann). He is also a sports activist in Table Tennis, Cycling and In-line skating and is passionate in playing electric guitar.
National Sales Manager
Jessica Kim, National Sales Manager, myHealth Sentinel has over 25 years of highly successful sales and business development experience growing and closing large contracts in Asia Pacific. Since joining myHealth Sentinel as a Senior Sales Manager, she has been responsible for closing close to SGD5 million in revenue at Ng Teng Fong Hospital, JMC, Changi General Hospital and St. Andrew’s Community Hospital and was promoted to National Sales Manager to manage a sales team to deliver a sales target of SGD8.8 million for fiscal year 2014.
Prior to joining myHealth Sentinel, Jessica has regional experience as a top performing Business Development Manager in the marine, finance, and pharmaceutical industries working for SpecTec Asia Pacific, Welcome Real-Time, and Syntex Pharmaceutical. She has strong expertise in strategic business development, sales process management, alliances, and contract negotiation. She graduated with honours from Mt. Holyoke, Massachusetts, USA and enjoys movies, music, fashion, and is passionate about healthcare and social causes.
Senior Operations Manager
Rajesh is currently the Sr. Operations Manager in mHS, responsible for overseeing the company’s Customer Service, Technical Support and Product QA/Logistics functions.
Rajesh has almost 2 decades of experience in the IT/Telecommunications industry, primarily in Project Management, Technical Support and Operations, with companies such as Singapore Telecom as well as a number of APAC-based MNC’s. Prior to joining mHS, Rajesh headed the APAC Network Operations team for “mBlox Ltd”, a regional mobile marketing services provider. Rajesh joined mHS as a Project Manager, but was quickly promoted to a Senior Operations Manager, due to his extensive hands-on Operations experience.
Rajesh holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science and also a graduate diploma in Software Engineering. His professional certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL v3 and Scrum. Rajesh is a respected, trustworthy member of the management team, who works well with
his colleagues, suppliers and customers.
He is a Cricket enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family.
